Dhosai is similar to Pancakes, but they are much larger in size.  It's a South Indian savoury pancake.

INGREDIENTS:  Lintel Urad dal, Rice flour & seasoning. 

It isn't an instant preparation, for best results, the batter is made to ferment approximately 8 hours before being baked as a pancake. 

Ideal for breakfast or dinner.  Goes well with any curry dish, ideally suited with a dhosai Chutney.
